Today we have a fun-filled day at the NACADA Tech Seminar. Although we are on the beach, we are all currently geeking out inside the Hilton. YAY!

For those of you snapping photos, be sure to join the NACADA Technology Seminar Group on Flickr. We would love to see what you are doing during the day and in the area.

Here are a few things to note for the day:

• Registration Desk: name tag (for meal events), schedule & log-in code for wireless
• Dinner group sign up sheets are at the registration desk
• Meals will be served on the deck overlooking the Gulf (if it’s cold in the restaurant)
• Be sure to keep your laptop juiced - outlets in the presentation rooms & plug-in over lunch (share!)

Hello All!

The NACADA Technology Seminar is only a couple days away. Eric, Karen and Laura have all introduced you to this site as the communication “Hub” for the seminar. In addition, all the faculty have their own Web 2.0 tools they will be using to share with you the content of the seminar. This is how we plan to go “paperless.”

I will be e-mailing all attendees access to my Wiki site on Monday.

So please look for it in your in box.

Seems like a long time ago that Eric Stoller announced that this backchannel (you are reading a blog on the backchannel right now) was ready for us to begin using. For months we have been tinkering with blogs, twitter, definitions, and more. Now its your turn! The seminar begins when you make your first post here…but how will you do it?
